2017 – 30th Annual Florida State Guardianship Association Conference is around the corner!
We are in need of two (2) major sponsors and have room for several more exhibitors in order to meet our goal for the 30th Annual FSGA Conference which is next week! This is going to be quite an event – first time in Jacksonville!!! This excellent educational program brings together hundreds of guardians, attorneys, care managers, healthcare advocates and providers and facility administrators from all over the State of Florida. Our conference is a three day cutting edge program in education with plenty of interaction with our sponsors and supporters.

Our 2017 Conference theme is “Pearls of Wisdom” celebrating 30th years of educational excellence. We are excited about the opportunity to gather together so many professionals for an outstanding educational schedule and networking with guardians, attorneys and related professionals. Your exhibitor package ensures optimal exposure for your company’s goods and services, and some “down” time too! Please share this letter with any of your company’s representatives that will be participating in the Conference
Your Exhibitor Package includes:
· Full conference registration for two (additional booth representative $75.00 per day for meal tickets)
· Appropriate Recognition as stated in the Sponsorship Brochure
· List of conference attendees in electronic format
Exhibit area setup: Will be in Conference Center A. You may set up after 5:00 PM on Wednesday the 19th until no later than 5:00 pm Thursday the 20th Please note that there is a welcome reception for conferees Thursday evening at 6:00 PM. You may have 2 representatives attend. Come to the Registration desk for your booth location and setup information.
Take down: Complete removal of your exhibit is expected by 5:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22rd, any items left in your exhibit area after that time will be disposed of by the hotel.
