Please join us at the Michigan Building on the grounds of Moosehaven located at 1701 Park Avenue Orange Park FL 32073 every Friday morning at 8:30 am.  Please enter the property via McIntosh Ave. (One street immediately north of Kingsley Ave.)  Proceed to the guardhouse, where Security will provide directions to our meeting Room.

There is now a $5.00 CASH charge to attend this meeting which includes breakfast and coffee.  The breakfast menu will be determined by Randy the food manager each week and will be served hot.

As usual, the meeting will begin PROMPTLY at 8:30 AM.  Don’t be late because you all know what happens if you are!!

Alberto Castiel, M.D., FAAFP

Alberto Castiel, M.D., FAAFP is a Board Certified Family Physician. He was born and raised in Manhattan, New York City and received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at St. John’s University also in New York. He later trained at the University of Florida Family Medicine Residency. He has been in private practice for 20 plus years and treats a wide variety of illnesses and conditions. His focus is on prevention of chronic diseases, Diabetes and the Cardiovascular Diseases.

Dr. Castiel enjoys teaching and lectures all over the U.S. on various disease topics and is also a Courtesy Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Florida School of Medicine, Florida State University School of Medicine, and Nova Southeastern University School of Physician Assistants.

In his recreational life he has a passion for all sports especially racquetball, motorcycling, working out, and scuba diving which sparked his interest in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care.

He is fluent in both English and Spanish. The patients of Global Family Care are in incredibly qualified hands under the watch of Dr. Castiel.
